What this page covers
This policy describes what happens to information you submit through https://www.guardian-rn.com. It does not describe how Guardian RN handles information gathered during an in-person visit. That is covered by the service agreement you would sign before any visit takes place.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, who you are asking about, the general area they live in, and your message. We ask you not to include medical details, diagnoses, or health records in that form, and the form has no field for them.
What we do with it
- It is emailed to info@guardian-rn.com so your inquiry is seen and answered.
- It is recorded in a private spreadsheet in Guardian RN's own Google account, so nothing gets lost.
- You receive an automatic acknowledgement so you know the message arrived.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list from this form.
Spam protection
The inquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. Google collects certain device and usage information for that purpose, subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms of service.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If website analytics are in use, they are limited to aggregate traffic measurement and are not used to identify individual visitors.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of who has been in touch. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time by emailing info@guardian-rn.com.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@guardian-rn.com and we will respond.
