What this page covers
This policy describes what happens to information you submit through https://www.guardian-rn.com. It does not describe how Guardian RN handles information gathered during an in-person visit. That is covered by the service agreement you would sign before any visit takes place.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, who you are asking about, the general area they live in, and your message. We ask you not to include medical details, diagnoses, or health records in that form, and the form has no field for them.
What we do with it
- It is emailed to info@guardian-rn.com so your inquiry is seen and answered.
- It is recorded in a private spreadsheet in Guardian RN's own Google account, so nothing gets lost.
- You receive an automatic acknowledgement so you know the message arrived.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list from this form.
Spam protection
The inquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. Google collects certain device and usage information for that purpose, subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms of service.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser to do that. What we get back is aggregate: how many people came, which pages they looked at, roughly what part of the world they were in. It does not tell us who you are.
Nothing you type into the inquiry form is sent to Google. Not your name, not your contact details, and not what you wrote about your family member. When a message is sent the analytics only records that an inquiry happened, with nothing attached to it.
This site runs no advertising cookies and no advertising trackers, and nothing here is used to build a profile of you or to follow you to other websites. Your browser settings can block these cookies, and the site works normally if you do.
Text messages
Guardian RN LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of who has been in touch. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time by emailing info@guardian-rn.com.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@guardian-rn.com and we will respond.
