What the service is
Guardian RNprovides independent nursing assessment and written reporting for families. Visits may include taking weight and vital signs and assessing general condition. It is not a home health agency or a care management company, it does not provide ongoing treatment or manage medications, and it does not replace the care of a person's own physician or nursing team. The specific terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed before services begin.
